Doors opened at 8.30am for registration and the Showcase. The exhibition and clinics opened at 9am with the main speakers' sessions beginning at 10am.

 

The event closed with a social networking gathering between 5pm and 7pm, giving delegates the chance to unwind with drinks - and entertainment from impressionist Jon Culshaw, star of TV’s Dead Ringers.
